Refund and Returns Policy


You have 3-4 days from the purchase date to request a refund or exchange. After this period, we unfortunately cannot provide you with a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines are not returnable.
  • We do not accept returns of intimate/sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases.
  • Other non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health/personal care items.

For returns, please present a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Avoid returning your purchase directly to the manufacturer.


Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of its approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specific number of days.

Grocery items are non-returnable. However, in the event that you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired item, you may request a replacement within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that a video recording of the product is required as proof for the return or refund process. Without proper video evidence, the company cannot process a return or refund for your purchase.

Delayed or Missing Refunds:

Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items are not eligible.


We replace only defective or damaged items. For exchanges, contact us at and then send the item to the provided physical address.


For items marked as gifts and shipped directly to you, you’ll get a gift credit upon return. If the item wasn’t labeled as a gift during purchase, the refund goes to the gift giver.

Return Shipping: 

Ship your product to the provided physical address. You bear the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If refunded, the return shipping cost gets deducted from it. For pricier items, consider trackable shipping or insurance, as we can’t assure receipt of your returned item.
