- Minimum Kabaad value must be 3000₹ and above.
- Barter is done without any cash involved:- For Example: If customer barter there kabaad of rs. 10,000/- and purchased goods of 15,000/- so customer has to pay 50% of the remianing value that is 2500/- for order processing and remaining 50% before delivery.
- Once the qoutation shared to the customer that is not the final qoutation. Final qoutation will depend on physical inspection.If the Barter uncle approved the customer qoutation then the physical inspection not Required
- Only amount added to the Website “PHONE PE” wallet against receipt of “KABAAD” from the customer.
- Customers cannot reclaim “KABAAD” once it has been received (QUOTATION) and amount added to wallet.
- The “PHONE PE” wallet amount are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of payment.
- When barter is completed after 3-4 hours the scrap value is added to your Barter Uncle wallet account. With which you can shop from Barter Uncle’s site.
- We have checking Product before be deliver it. We are not responsible for any damage because of transport after delivered.
- If not place any order buy you within 6 days than your account will be suspended
- You can purchase electronic goods equivalent to 25% of the total worth of your Kabaad, and in return, you’ll receive a brand-new warranty and guarantee directly from the manufacturing company

- A one-year warranty is provided for upcycle and household products.
- Grocery items are non-returnable. However, in the event that you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired item, you may request a replacement within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that a video recording of the product is required as proof for the return or refund process. Without proper video evidence, the company cannot process a return or refund for your purchase.
